Property for Sale

The Land Trust Society (LTS) owns and operates industrial properties that have been acquired through the Voluntary Residential Property Purchase (VRPP) program. The organization retains these properties on an interim basis, then resells these land holdings to industry stakeholders and land investors. Proceeds from the land sales are used to administer future rounds of the VRPP program.
